Our Full Service Property Management is designed to make your life easier and eliminate headaches. Our goal is to handle every aspect of the day-to-day property operations.
We begin every new property management assignment by developing our internal record-keeping, control and customer service systems for your property. This is supervised by our internal management staff. While this is happening a field manager is selected and retained for your property or properties. In some cases we may have existing field management staff that can be shared among several properties or clients in order to reduce overall costs.
The role of the field manager is to handle the in-person and on-sight items that cannot be accomplished by our internal management staff. The field managers operate under the direct supervision of our internal managers. Our internal managers are also given the authority to terminate and replace the field manager(s) if necessary.
The role of the internal management team is to provide and coordinate the day-to-day customer service, accounting/financial, and repair and maintenance tasks required by your property.

1. Collect Monthly Property Bills and Coordinate Payment - Image All Bills and Store In Document Vault
2. Collect, Record, and Deposit All Tenant Rent Payments - Image All Deposits and Store In Document Vault
3. Monitor Tenant Balances, Generate Late Fees, Late Notices and Monthly Account Statements For Tenants.
4. Provide Online Portal For Tenants - Provides Account History, Balance, Work Order Requests, and Property Information.
5. Provide Electronic Payment For Tenants - Includes Electronic Checks (ACH), Credit and Debit Cards.
6. Provide Online Portal For Property Owners - Provides Financial Reports For Each Property.
7. Prepare Monthly Financial Statements In Accordance With Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures.
8. Prepare Annual Tax Returns As Required.
